SUMMARY:If i can't ride it's not my revolution
DESCRIPTION:Bike is my passion. From 2010 to 2015\, I collaborated in the management of the bike workshop “senza freni” at the social centre “Gabrio” in Turin\, organizing courses in mechanics\, rides and events like “bike smut” about post pornography\, sexuality and bicycle. I think that bike is a joyful and free-standing means to live critically a Urban space designed for individualistic\, aggressive and productive mobility. We\, as cyclist\, respond leaving room for more human rhythms and for more sociality\, respecting the ecosystem and our body. Knowledge and skills like bike mechanics are\, socially\, a male prerogative\, let’s get out of this limiting stereotype and chance the imaginary\, start to share It. Furthermore DIY is a way of Life against a consumer and capitalistic Logic.
